Delete your account or data
This page is for the Build Prep app listed on Google Play (package app.buildprep) and the Stage 1 web app. It is published at https://app.buildprep.co.nz/deleteuser and https://buildprep.co.nz/deleteuser.
What is deleted
- Account (name, email, sign-in)
- Jobs / leads, contacts, tasks, calendar notes
- Documents, plans, and site photos stored for those jobs
- Settings and appearance
We do not sell your data. Encrypted backups, if any, are overwritten within 30 days and are not used for the Service after you delete.
How to delete
- Open this page while signed in on the same phone or browser you use for Build Prep (or sign in below).
- Selected data — tick what to remove (jobs, people, files, tasks). Your account stays.
- Full account — type DELETE and confirm. The account and all associated data are removed from this device immediately.
- Alternatively email privacy@buildprep.co.nz from the address on the account. We action requests promptly (normally within 30 days).
